Contact email@example.com with your order number, and tracking information and we will contact USPS and file a missing parcel claim that business day. USPS will then contact the last post office location your tracking information has listed, and have them relocate the package, or confirm the delivery of the package.
Swift Yarns is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. We can not replace, or issue a refund for packages lost , stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left our facility.
Swift Yarns is owned and operated in New York. New York State residents will have to pay sales tax. New York is a destination-based sales tax state. Your sales tax rate typically depends on the destination of the package(s) within the state. For our purposes at Swift, we will charge a flat rate to New York State residents of 8%.

Should we request you to provide pertinent information regarding a transaction to which you can be identified, be assured the information will only be used in accordance to our strict privacy rules. Swift Yarns uses Stripe.com for our credit card authorization payments. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. The most stringent level of certification available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers.
